Queen’s Land Estate Igwurata –Ali, Port Harcourt is a
proposed middle class community/ estate located along
Iguwuruta –Ali/Ipo road, about 10 kilometres before Port
Harcourt airport, coming Port Harcourt City.

This estate when completed shall be among the best privately built gated community in the whole of Port Harcourt area and shall boast of the following
