Queen’s Land Estate is a medium income estate located along Lusada-Alapoli Road, Alapoli Ado-odo, in Ado-odo/Ota LGA, Ogun state. The estate is about 15 minutes drive from Agbara and 5 minutes from Popular Lusada market.
Estate Infrastructure
The following infrastructures are already under construction in the estate:

- Tarred/paved Road network with quality drainage.
- Electricity
- Street light on the estate major road.
- Recreational and sporting facilities.
It is expected that the Infrastructure development in the estate shall be completed in the next 36 months (all things being equal).
Queensland estate covers approximately 500 acres of land and consists of both residential and commercial plots clustered into 5 blocks under a government approved layout with good road network.

Over one thousand (1,000) subscribers have keyed into the structured payment plan scheme for plots of land in Queen’s Land Estate, out of which more than five hundred (500) have been given their allocation.
Queen’s Land Estate has been fully fenced while construction work is ongoing for the provision of infrastructures including roads, drainages and electrification.
QUEEN’S CLASSIC AREA
The size of plots in this area is 648sqm each. Development in this place is designed to be one stand-alone house per plot with or without a servant quarter. The stipulated set back rules make for adequate parking space and other utilities. Maximum of one storey building is allowed within the Queens Classic area
QUEEN’S EXECUTIVE AREA
This area is plotted into 1080sqm per plot of land. This category of plot is meant to take mansions and other types of big private houses. Guided semi-detached duplexes/bungalows are allowed here too. Maximum of one storey building is allowed with strict adherence to set back rules.
QUEEN’S NEIGHBORHOOD
This comprises of residential plots of 1296sqm each. Within this area, only blocks of flats and terrace houses of not more than three floors are allowed. Each 1296sqm can take a block of maximum of 6 flats, with enough space for parking and small play ground for children or four terrace houses.
